Data Collection

Memorable does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

• No photos, thumbnails, or metadata are uploaded anywhere
• No search queries are recorded or sent to any server
• Location coordinates are sent to Apple's CLGeocoder service to resolve place names (e.g. city, country) for location-based search

Photo Library Access

The app accesses your photo library solely to build a local search index. Photos are processed on-device using machine learning models. No photos, thumbnails, or metadata are uploaded anywhere.

Network Access

All photo analysis and search runs entirely on your device. The only network usage is Apple's CLGeocoder service, which resolves GPS coordinates and place names to improve location-based search. Only coordinates or place name text are sent — no photos, no search queries, no personal data. Location search still works offline using previously resolved data.

Analytics and Tracking

The app contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, no advertising frameworks, and no tracking of any kind. NSPrivacyTracking is set to false.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. BlockDeep Labs does not have access to your payment information.

Data Storage

All data (search index, embeddings, preferences) is stored locally on your device in the app's sandboxed container. Deleting the app removes all data.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
